Josef Witt-Doerring, M.D.

Dr. Josef Witt-Doerring is a PGY 4 Psychiatry resident at Baylor College of Medicine. He is academically involved in writing and lecturing about the safety and efficacy of psychiatric medications. Special interests include the tardive effects of psychiatric medication, especially complex/prolonged withdrawal from antidepressants and benzodiazepines. As an author, interviewee and invited speaker Dr.Witt-Doerring continues to be engaged in raising awareness about the safe and responsible use of psychiatric medications.
