
Dr. White received a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University with a minor in chemistry in 2005. He received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from Oregon State University in conjunction with Oregon Health Science University in 2010. He then completed a post-graduate residency (PGY-1) in pharmacy practice at Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Oregon in 2011. Dr. White began his career in 2011 as an Acute Care / Hospital Pharmacist and as the Lead Ambulatory Infusion Services pharmacist. Dr. White was a strong leader amongst his peers, leading many clinical, financial, and operational change initiatives. He went on to complete a Masters of Healthcare Administration (MHA) at Pacific University in 2015. Dr. White served as Inpatient Pharmacy Technician Supervisor and subsequently as Inpatient Pharmacy Manager at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, OR until 2020. Most recently, he joined the VA as Associate Chief of Pharmacy – Clinical Services, leading his team to improve access and expand ambulatory patient care for veterans in Southern Oregon. Dr. White now serves as Deputy Chief of Staff and is passionate about servant leadership and using his interpersonal and technical leadership skills in process improvement, change management, to provide measurable, high quality and sustainable care.
