Thanks for sharing, Ryan. Interesting to see a young person wanting to get off of benzodiazepines. I’m much older and had taken Xanax for 10 years with the last 5 years at a dose of 1mg 3x a day. I quit cold turkey last November and was good for a few months but the walls came crashing down and they are still crashing. Thanks for your comment about the grass being greener. It has to be. It simply has to get better. Your comment gives hope and that’s something I desperately need.
