Thank you so much! I’m a 67 y/o woman now off Klonopin cold turkey 15 months ago. I took this as prescribed for 28 years and learned on YouTube of its potential dangers that I had never been told about. I told my doctor right away that I was stopping, but was given no advice or offered any plan to help. I still have awful symptoms, no focus, and still avoid people, phones and leaving my apartment. What else can I do?
Understand I have been on klonopin for about 17 yrs detox centers were a waste of time , I got off in march 2021 kinda of quick was not smart had bad withdrawal but doing good all spring and summer then protracted withdrawal hit first insomina, then bad muscle aches ,headaches spasms and strange body movements muscle stiffness , memory problems bad coordination and depression I thank Jesus I am still here everyday panicking starting to taper with my doctor this has been unreal
